Funds loaded into your ExFinServ Client Portal Wallet via Cashfree Payments gateway are non-transferable. Unused wallet balances can be refunded to the original source payment bank account upon written request to camsmulani@gmail.com or support@exfinserv.com within 7 business days of top-up.
In the event of a failed online payment where your bank account was debited but the wallet/subscription was not credited, Cashfree Payments automatically reverses the funds to your original bank account within 3 to 5 working days. If you experience any delay, please contact our support desk with your Transaction Reference ID.
