At ExFinServ, we provide digital tools, statutory EPF ECR report generators, Income Tax computation tools, and advisory services. Digital subscription passes (EPF Monthly Pass, ITR Computation Suite, etc.) grant immediate access to software features and digital report generation.
Funds loaded into your ExFinServ Client Portal Wallet via Cashfree Payments gateway are non-transferable to other users. Unused wallet balances can be refunded to the original source payment account upon written request to support@exfinserv.com within 7 business days of top-up, minus applicable payment gateway transaction processing fees.
In the event of a failed online payment where your bank account was debited but the wallet/subscription was not credited, Cashfree Payments automatically reverses the funds to your original bank account within 3 to 5 working days. If you experience any delay, please contact our support desk with your Transaction Reference ID.
